Setelah pembayaran deposit diterima oleh syarikat , anda dibenarkan untuk membeli coklat tidak melebihi jumlah yang dibayar secara kredit selama sebulan dengan pembayaran melalui post dated cek.

Mana-mana pelanggaran perjanjian kontrak antara pihak yang pertama (agen) dengan pihak kedua (syarikat) akan mengakibatkan deposit dan perjanjian itu terbatal dengan serta-merta tanpa perlu merujuk kepada mana-mana pihak lain.

Resipi Minggu Ini akan diadakan bermula hari ini untuk mereka2 yang berani mencuba sendiri.So minggu ini 30.8.2010 kita akan mencuba Tiramisu Cheesecake!!!Yahoo!

Bahan-Bahan: (pastikan halal ye puan2 dan tuan2)

350g lady finger 4 sudu makan (80g) mentega, dicairkan
4 sudu makan serbuk kopi,vanilla dan gula.
600g krim keju, dilembutkan
250g keju mascarpone ( untuk gantikan keju mascarpone sila lihat dibawah )
220g (1 cawan) gula pasir halus
2 butir telur
3 sudu makan tepung gandum
25g coklat gelap

*Pengganti keju mascarpone

16 aun krim keju

1/3 cawan sour cream

1/4 cawan whipping cream

Kisarkan ketiga-tiga bahan ini sampai ringan dan halus dan kuantitinya setara dengan 2 1/2 cawan keju mascarpone yang sebenar.

Cara-Cara membuat Tiramisu Cheesecake:

1.Panaskan oven sehingga 180 darjah celcius.

2.Hancurkan lady finger sehingga menjadi biskut halus.Campurkan keju cair ke dalam biskut tadi.Masukkan juga serbuk kopi,vanila dan gula.Gaulkan sehingga menjadi cheesecake setinggi 23-24cm di dalam periuk besar.

3. Dalam periuk besar,campurkan krim keju mascarpone dan gula sehingga halus.

4.Tambahkan tepung dan telur serta kacau perlahan-lahan sehingga halus.Keseimbangan mascarpone ketika ini boleh berubah-ubah dan tambahkan sedikit krim jika  cheesecake terlalu tebal,jangan overmix ketika ini.

5.Masukkan periuk ke dalam oven dan panaskan sehingga 40 ke 45 minit.

6.Setelah masak, keluarkan dari oven dan biarkan selama 3 jam atau semalaman sebelum disajikan.Parut dark coklat di atas kek sebelum dihidang.
